January seems to be s...I'm not so sure of that. January seems to be seeing a lot of pent-up demand unloading, after many OEMs purposely delayed deliveries into 2020, because of the emission rules... And as for subsidies, I read somewhere that most OEMs promised to compensate buyers that didn't get the increased subsidy?
