2016 will be a long hard road to recovery, right now, YTD sales are at 203 units, down 80% YoY and back to levels not seen since 2013, with the EV Share diving to the current 0.22%, far from the 2.29% from last year.
Looking at the models ranking, the Renault Zoe continues to lead the table, with 55 units, followed by the Tesla Model S (42 deliveries), and the VW e-Up! (30), with the major changes being the Nissan Leaf rising to #5, while the Kia Soul EV jumped three positions to #8.
Final note to the first two registrations (In May!) of the 2015 Silver Medalist BMW i3, when in the same period last year, the bavarian hot-hatch had already 75 units...
Looking at Fuel Cell Vehicles, this market is one of the most importants in Europe, having registered 7 units delivered this year (3 Hyundai and 4 Toyota's).
