EV shares in most countries are only a few percent - so no manufacturer droped behind, VW deliberately doesn't develop e-golf what is already now outdated and will run out. Important is what would happen in the next 2-3 years.jugerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15383685863662874175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1399793419425111085.post-62832230300130517292018-09-23T17:50:57.735+00:002018-09-23T17:50:57.735+00:00@ Juergen Hein

I have always been a fan of Mercedes Benz cars.

It's just that they so far really haven't been very serious about producing a compelling and an affordable EV yet.

They really haven't been able to compete with the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance.

The only 2 EV's from a German car manufacturer that have reached some substantial sales numbers in Europe in the current decade are the VW e-Golf and the BMW i3.

The German car manufacturers really can do much better. There is no lack of capability or capacity. Not at all.

German car manufacturers don't want to sell less ICE cars. They want to keep selling as much ICE cars as possible. That's the real reason.

But it looks like things are going to change in the coming years. Let's hope that a great many compelling and affordable EV models will come from Germany in the coming years and that they actually will be prepared and willing to produce them in very large quantities so that the whole world will be flooded with these German EV models.

Have a nice day.

Kind regards,

Khushi RasoolNeohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05209618863383544499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1399793419425111085.post-60332130520451061552018-09-22T20:47:46.835+00:002018-09-22T20:47:46.835+00:00Well, German carmakers don't really work on to...Well, German carmakers don't really work on today's EVs, they all have new concepts- VW I.D, Daimler EQ, Audi A-Tron, BMW i series ... these EVs will be coming starting from 2019 and will be better than the most today's e-cars. Let's see the figures then.jugerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15383685863662874175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1399793419425111085.post-74737721305438537782018-09-22T00:15:07.045+00:002018-09-22T00:15:07.045+00:00Jose,
