Finally on Radar Edition
Thanks to our reader Piet, we now have an exclusive insight on the EV market in Belgium, a long-time wish that finally came true.
From January to November '13, 712 plug-ins were sold in Belgium, it is a pretty fragmented market, with the Volvo V60 Plug-In surprisingly leading the race with 136 units and just 19% share, followed closely by the Nissan Leaf (130 units, 18% share) and by last years leader, the Renault Twizy, in #3, with 110 units.
In Fourth it's the other surprise of the ranking, the Tesla Model S, with 109 units, and in #5 the Renault Zoe has just 73 units, a somewhat disappointing performance.
Looking at the brands ranking, Renault is #1 with 27% share, but last year it had 47%...
