BMW i3 wins Greece
Today is debut day, with another new market showing up for the first time, Greece registered 47 plug-ins in 2016, leading to a meager 0.06% share, with the vast majority being BMW i3's, besides the German carmaker, only Tesla has registrations in this market, so like in other markets (Eg, Czech Republic), it's up to BMW to develop the potential of this market, we wish them Good Luck.

I assume no form of incentives in Greece? That's probably a result of the economic crisis, but it's a shame considering the widespread pollution in Athens and other major Greek cities.
ReplyDeleteNo, not that i know of, what i do know is that there is a luxury tax on cars with price above a certain amount (30.000€, i think) and EV's are not exempt, so plug-ins are sold here because on the base that they are "cool", not because they make financial sense.
