Volvo V60 Plug-In trunk |
A bit late to the party, but worth it, because it's a country where their complete sales numbers only appears from time to time, we now show the Finnish plug-in sales ranking, with much going on, starting with a sales growth of 13%, having sold 94 units in the first six months.
This took the EV share to grow to 0,17%, an improvement that should increase even further on the second half of the year.
The models ranking also had a reshuffle, with the last years leader Prius Plug-In relegated to second place with 27 units, above it now stands the Volvo V60 Plug-In, #1 with 37 sales.
The Nissan Leaf is keeping the third place (And best-selling BEV title) with 20 units sold. Oddly enough, the podium (V60-Prius-Leaf) in Finland is exactly the same as the neighboring Sweden, another plug-in market on the rise.
On the downside, the Opel Ampera, #2 in '12, is now fourth with just 5 units...Another market where Opel is on the losers side.
