September EV Sales Report II - UK and Norway

#UK
- BEVs were up 36% YoY, to 99k units, and 28% share;
- Adding PHEVs to the tally, the share jumps to 45%;
- The Tesla Model 3 was 2nd overall, only behind the Jaecoo 7, and the Tesla Model Y was 5th overall.

#Norway
- BEVs reached 99% share, or 18.5k units;
- The real news happened in the LCV (N1) category, where the share jumped to 75% BEV;
- Currently, BEVs represent 35% of the total passenger car fleet in Norway, while on the LCV category, they represent 11%.
