September EV Sales report V - Brazil and Russia

#Brazil
- BEVs reached 8% share, or 22k units.
- The big news was the BYD Dolphin Mini reaching the overall podium, in 3rd, with 9k units;
- Adding PHEVs to the tally, the EV share jumps to 16%.


#Russia
- BEVs+PHEVs reached 11% share, or 12.5k units;
- At the start of the year, the EV share was just 5%;
- PHEVs are the majority of sales (8% of the overall market), having grown 2.5 fold, while BEVs (3% share) were up 42% YoY.
