(And some media spent the whole year saying that EV sales were going down...)
A few numbers for context:
- China grew 30% YoY and is now at 48% PEV share(!)
- The USA grew 9% YoY in 2024
- Sales indeed stagnated in Europe (-1%)...
So regardless of what happens in the USA and Europe, the EV Revolution is happening.
As for the final number for the EV Share in 2025, if in 2024 we ended with 22% share, this year i would say somewhere 25% and 30%. Probably closer to the latter...
