September EV Sales Report I - France and Spain

#France
- BEVs surged 108% YoY, to 65k units, and a record 42%(!) share;
- Adding PHEVs to the tally, the share jumps to 49%;
- The Best Selling model in the overall market was the Tesla Model Y, with 8k units. Renault placed 3 BEVs on the overall top 10 - Renault 5 (5th), Twingo (7th), and Scenic (10th);

#Spain
- BEVs are up 42% YoY, to 16k units, and 18% share;
- Adding PHEVs to the tally, the share jumps to 32%;
- The Tesla Model 3 was #1 overall, with 2.5k units, while the Tesla Model Y (1.2k units) and the BYD Dolphin Surf (0.7k) made the rest of the BEV podium.
